The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The living room, with sofa, Wifi, air conditioning and flat screen TV, kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for the stay, and bathroom with bathtub. It is located on the second floor without elevator. The area in which it is located is easy parking. This accommodation allows pets. Its good location makes it not necessary to use the vehicle to move around the city and go to nearby beaches. Less than 8 minutes from the beach of "La Fontanilla", also near the Bateles beach. The urban center is nearby, with the area of bars and restaurants. The apartments in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year.
