We stayed at this property the weekend of our nephew’s wedding. The location was perfect! It was a few blocks from the church, close to the interstate, walking distance to 1832 distillery, and walking distance tothe downtown area with restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and fit our group perfectly. It was so nice to come into the home and there were teas and chocolates there for us. We were able to park right by the garage which made unloading our supplies very convenient. No more than two steps to go up from any exterior door. Joan thoughtfully left keys for the back door so we were able to go in & out through the back door right to our car. The house is very nicely decorated and the beds are super comfortable. It's a quiet, well-kept, residential neighborhood with little traffic. It's also within easy driving distance to everything Concordia has to offer. And Concordia is an EXCELLENT place to stop for the night if you're traveling I-70! It's just the right size and you'll find everything you need: excellent, affordable restaurants, cute local shops, and a beautiful playground where the kids can burn off some energy. Joan's home, specifically, is exactly what we needed to get some rest. The furnishings were comfortable and the house was immaculately clean. We found everything that we needed and more. Plus, it's beautifully decorated! Joan was immediately available to answer our questions and we were thrilled to have a garage to park in.
