THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Playa Amarilla stands out for its peaceful atmosphere. Its calm waters are ideal for swimming, while surfers and water sports enthusiasts also find good conditions there. The area boasts an excellent culinary scene, ranging from fresh seafood to international haute cuisine (Winecaña Restaurant, Nikko Sushi, Punta del Este, and others). All of this is just steps from the beach, making the area a complete destination for visitors.

Just 150 metres from the house is the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, where you’ll find a variety of amenities such as a spa, restaurant, a bar, swimming pools, and massages (enquire and make reservations directly with the Radisson Hotel).

If you enjoy walking, jogging, or biking, you’ll find the perfect setting here, since the bike path that runs along the entire coast passes right in front of the house and takes you to explore everything from the charm of the beaches (La Boca, Amarilla, Negra, Las Bahamas, etc.) to the various scenic viewpoints (Roca Oceánica, Lilenes, others), passing by the Yacht Club, various authentic restaurants and bars, beautiful mansions, and offering views of the central coast’s most iconic natural landmark: the Concón Dunes.
