"The quintessential mid-century motel. Loved everything about it. Most comfortable bed and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Not much to do in Tucumcari. Pretty run down town, but we had an excellent Mexican dinner at La Chaparittas and a great breakfast at SideKix on 66."

"Our stay was great! The beds are very comfortable, clean room, cold AC and breakfast was terrific with lots of options and to go bags. We accidentally left some personal items. I called the front desk and they said they would hold them until we came back on our way home. Very professional and attentive staff!"

"Interesting motel - fronting the (1/2 of roadside buildings old and shuttered) route 66. You check in at the bar. ( Free standing not attached)- nice person( owner)) checks you in quickly. Motel only had about 4/5 cars staying on a Mon in mid April. That can be a warning. My room was great, very large lots of bag etc storage and definitely clean. Very quiet on my stay. No breakfast, only a coffee maker in the room. Room did include a fridge and microwave. If your ok with an older, under used motel on a typical route 66 road in Tucumcari - this is your place."
