When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it to even work. The area in general is just a little sketchy. If you’re traveling through and you just need a quick stop and everything else isn’t necessarily important to you, then this might be the place for you. If you’re looking for a little bit higher level of accommodations, then you might want to try something else.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly. Comfortable beds and bedding and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, lack of interior maintenance and cleaning of property has left a less than desirable esthetic and appearance.
