This was a two night stay during a 10 day holiday in France. The hotel quality in all respects was excellent. The spa was enjoyable with an excellent range of facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The locality is wonderful close to the old city and lovely coastal walks. Recommended!

The Thalasso area and amenities are very good. The check-in staff was not helpful and willing to help with one request. We arrived at 3pm, earliest check in and asked for a bedroom at lower levels due to the tremendously high temperature and lack of AC. Zero flexibility. They put us on the highest floor where the heat and humidity made it difficult to breathe and no sleeping was possible. On top of that an oil bad smell came out of the air circulating fan exhaust which made me dizzy.

Great hotel

Amazing stay, very comfy and spa is fab. WiFi not brilliant even though it shows good connection on my phone, it doesn't load well at all and I ended giving up. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice including scrambled eggs bacon and sausages. Will definitely be back

Great staff, bilingual and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping excellent. Breakfast is a standout. Spa access, mineral pool, robes and towels — all top notch. The exterior needs power washing and paint, and the carpets are overdue for replacement — musty throughout. Invest in the upkeep and this place would be outstanding.

Chambre très spacieuse vue mer. Personnel très agréable. Cuisinier soucieux de plaire au client et s’adapte bien à ses goûts (je n’ai pas aimé le gaspacho froid mangue et coco et sans rien dire on m’a tout de suite proposé un houmous de pois cassés très bon) le poisson était parfaitement cuit. Seul Bémol : hors demi pension le prix du petit déjeuner à 19 euros … que concarneau ne s’emballe pas comme sur la Côte d’Azur svp 🙏 je n’ai pas testé les soins juste accès au parcours marin qui fut très agréable.

Le personnel est très accueillant le spa tres relaxant. Les points négatifs sont la literie et l annonce sur le site que la chambre est climatisee alors qu il s agit d un rafraichisseur d air ce qui est tout à fait différent. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente ainsi que le petit déjeuner mais la chaleur qui regne dans le restaurant m a gâché ce moment dommage

Nous avons découvert en arrivant que l'accès spa était interdit au personnes de moins de 14 ans. Cela nous a beaucoup surpris et déçu pour un séjour en famille. Nous avions, l'année précédente, fait le même séjour dans le même établissement à Peiros-Guerec et cette limitation n'existait pas. On nous a rétorqué que nous n'avions qu'à regarder le site de l'hôtel au moment de réserver plutôt que de passer par un intermédiaire (hôtels.com). Bien sûr il ne leur est pas venu à l'idée de nous prévenir lorsqu'ils ont reçu une réservation pour une suite avec 3 personnes dont un enfant. Bref, grande déception sur ce séjour où nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'argument principal de l'établissement: la Thalasso. Sinon l'établissement est globalement vieillissant et le bar n'est vraiment pas satisfaisant.

Très décevant dans l’ensemble pour un 4 étoiles. Hotel en mauvais état général : le crépis tombe, les moquettes sont tachées, salle de bain obsolète avec une toute petite baignoire. L’accueil est à revoir, on a vraiment l’impression de déranger, le spa est déjà complet alors que le paiement se fait en ligne, le restaurant expérimente des mélanges peu concluants(échalotes crues dans le concassé de fruits exotiques La chambre est de belle taille, le petit balcon vue mer agréable et le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait

Très bon weekend détente en amoureux

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en amoureux dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le spa marin est très propre et permet une parfaite détente. Il manquait un petit peu de personnel pour le petit déjeuner car on sentait qu'ils étaient un peu débordé mais faisait au mieux pour re assortir le buffet. La tv dans notre chambre n'était pas de toute jeunesse.
