    The space :



    Located in the Beuzec district, just 1.8 km by car from Concarneau city centre, this charming house will delight you with its atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Take advantage of the large terrace to eat out on a good barbecue, then rest in the garden furniture next to the fire pit listening only to nature.



    Upon entering the house, discover the living space, with its large dining table, fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a comfortable sitting area for convivial evenings with family or friends. You will also find a large bathroom as well as a bedroom on the ground floor.



    Climb the few steps to reach the floor, where you will find three more bedrooms, as well as a second shower room. If you need a place to work, a space upstairs will allow you to do it without removing yourself from the other people coming with you.



    Pétrel is a rare find in a green setting, don't hesitate if you want a relaxing vacation with your loved ones!



    7 minute drive to downtown Concarneau, and its historic gated city.

    10 minutes drive to the pretty Sables Blancs beach, and 10 minutes to Cabellou district and its beautiful beaches.

Très jolie maison , avec beaucoup de charme . bien agencée ,confortable et bien placée à proximité des commerces et de Concarneau. Nous avons passé en excellent séjour. Toutefois le ménage laisse un peu à désirer , et le jardin si agréable , n’est pas entretenu . Quel dommage car il est superbe ! Terrasse pleine de feuilles , mauvaises herbes dépassant de tous les massifs . Arbustes non taillés . Ces petits détails ne nous empêcheront pas de relouer cette maison !
