Come and drop your bags in this beautiful 180m² house in Concarneau, nestled in a green setting with a view of a large garden. A true cocoon to recharge for 12 people, while enjoying the atmosphere of the Breton coast.   
  
Push the door and discover a large living room bathed in light, where comfort and conviviality harmoniously blend. The lounge, with its comfortable sofas, invites you to relax after a day at the beach or walking. Just next to it, a large family table awaits you to share your meals in a warm atmosphere. Fancy a movie moment? Make yourself comfortable to enjoy the television and DVD player.   
  
Open to the dining area, the modern American kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole tribe: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, kettle... Nothing is missing to delight your loved ones!   
  
On the night side, the ground floor features a first double bedroom (140x190) and a bathroom with WC, ideal for a couple or grandparents. Upstairs, you will find five other bedrooms: four with double beds (140x190), one with bunk beds perfect for children, and a fitted office with a sofa, conducive to reading or teleworking. A bathroom with a hairdryer completes this level. Two independent toilets complement each floor.   
  
Outside, a large tree-lined garden awaits you to enjoy beautiful days in complete tranquillity.
