Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation comprises \- A 19 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV \- A 7m² alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with bath \- A separate WC Outside : \- A 5m² balcony overlooking the garden, sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby chair booster seat, cot, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply). Genügend Auslauffläche in und außerhalb der Anlage für den Hund (Border Collie) vorhanden. Nur 100 m zum Strand. Auch hier konnte der Hund frei rumlaufen. Die Strecke ins Zentrum bin ich lieber mit dem Auto gefahren hätte man auch zu Fuß schaffen können. sehr gutes W-lan.
