Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 20,000 m². The accommodation comprises \- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with TV \- A separate WC Outside: \- A 6m² west-facing terrace overlooking the garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
