It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a 2-hectare garden. WiFi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV \- An alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with bath \- A separate WC Outside \- A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 5 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Communal areas : \- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from late April to late September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Access free of charge. \- A 2-hectare enclosed shared garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc. The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat. Activities : \- Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea outings (Les Glénans), fishing,... \- Public park adjoining the residence with children's play area (structures) and sports fields. \- Concarneau and its walled town and beaches.
