Dans un cadre verdoyant et fleuri, vous disposerez d'un espace intime et d'un petit jardin privatif clos, équipé de mobilier de jardin et d'un barbecue. Wifi à disposition. Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres, l'une au rez de chaussée avec 1 lit de 140, l'autre à l’étage avec 2 lits de 90, possibilité de lit bébé. Séjour avec télévision. Coin détente avec canapé. Cuisine équipée : lave-linge, four électrique, plaque 4 feux gaz, cafetière, WC et salle d'eau, parking. Nous avons des chevaux que vous pourrez admirer, nourrir, caresser à votre bon vouloir. Nous aimons les animaux, nous avons aussi deux chiens. Vous vous trouverez au carrefour des sites incontournables du Finistère : Pont Aven, Quimper, Locronan, La pointe du raz, Douarnenez, Crozon, Bénodet, La plage des surfeurs à La Torche...Sans oublier les ballades inoubliables des ports de Riec sur Belon le pays de l'huître, Moëlan sur mer, Kerfany, Doëlan. Le ménage à votre départ sera assuré par vos soins. Possibilité de location de draps et serviettes de douche. Il vous sera demandé à votre arrivée un chèque de caution de 250 euros pour notre charmante location. Votre chèque vous sera restitué après avoir vérifié avec vous que le ménage a été réalisé avec soin par vous même et que aucun dégât n’a été commis. Les recharges de vélos électriques et de voitures électriques sont interdites dans notre location. Le ménage peut être assuré par une femme de ménage pour la somme de 60€ à payer le jour de votre départ. Ce tarif peut être super en fonction de l’état dans lequel vous restituez notre location. Im Haus brannte schon der Kaminofen, so dass es auf Anhieb gemütlich war.Wir erhielten eine Menge Informationen über Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und konnten die Gastgeber bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechen.Im Haus gab es zwei Schlafräume, die zwar klein waren mit bequemen Matratzen. In der Wohnküche konnte man sich mit 4 Personen gut aufhalten; zum Kochen war alles wesentliche vorhanden.Zum Haus gehörte ein kleiner Garten dazu mit Sitzgelegenheit, Sonnenschirm und Grillmöglichkeit.Die Unterkunft war circa 4 km von Concarneau entfernt, so dass man das Auto nehmen musste, um in den Ort zu fahren oder um in den umliegenden Supermärkten einzukaufen. Vorteilhaft war die Ruhe und die Natur, die man nach einem eindrucksvollen Tag genießen konnte.Insgesamt haben wir unsern Aufentahalt dort sehr genossen und können ihn als Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden von Concarneau und Umgebung sehr empehlen. ##### Constanze S. HA-HWH7H5 Sehr, sehr schön ! Ein typisch bretonisches Ferienhaus, mit den symphatischjsten Gastgebern, die man sich vorstellen kann. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, am Rande von Concarneau, hat einen sehr großen Garten mit wunderschönen Blumen und Sträuchern, der zur Fewo gehört. Man kann direkt vor der Fewo parken. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir schon für das kommende Jahr gebucht haben. ##### Mechthild S. We were not aware that the owners had four large, boisterous dogs one of which was very aggressive. The facilities were basic. We were surprised that we had to light an antiquated boiler each time in order to obtain hot water. There was no WiFi connection. Although the property was described as being in Concarneau, it was some distance from the town. There was no information provided as to how to locate the property apart from a small map which was far from adequate. Luckily, the weather was fine so we were able to visit the area as the property had nowhere to relax apart from a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Viewers to your website need to be aware of these drawbacks. ##### Veronica M.
