Welcome to Iris, this charming 51 m², carefully renovated, combining modernity and elegance. IRIS enjoys a prime location at the heart of the city center, allowing you to enjoy everything on foot.

From the moment you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed through a functional entrance with a closet. This cleverly designed entrance serves every room in the apartment.   
  
On your left, you will discover a carefully appointed bedroom with a peaceful atmosphere. In continuity, you will find a shower room with toilet.   
  
Finally, the centerpiece of the apartment is revealed. There is a bright and colorful kitchen, fully equipped and open to the dining area. This kitchen is the heart of IRIS, it offers you a friendly space to prepare delicious meals while staying with your loved ones , who will enjoy the comfortable seating area, TV. The latter can be transformed into a bed for two people (sofa bed), making this space dynamic, multipurpose.

Die phantasievoll gestaltete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war für uns zwei perfekt für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Concarneau. Durch die Lage im Zentrum ist alles (Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) gut und schnell erreichbar.

#### Au top dans le Centre de Concarneau

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, spacieux (relativement à sa taille) et en plus au coeur de Concarneau La Wifi n'est pas de bonne qualité est plus anecdotique ... Éteindre toutes les petites lumières dans le Salon / Cuisine (horloge four, témoin TV et box ...) qui empêchent d'avoir le noir quand on dort dans le canapé lit
