Family-friendly villa, right by the ocean

  • Located in South Brittany in Cabbelou, a peaceful suburb of the city of Concarneau, you’ll find the modern villa “Soubigell”. The home is situated on approximately 1,750 sq.m of property and offers plenty of privacy. The back garden borders on the Atlantic Ocean. When you walk out of the garden fence, you’re on the beach.
    Located on the ground floor of the home:
    - An approx. 10 sq.m, completely furnished, closed kitchen
    - An approx. 45 sq.m living/dining room with a view of the ocean
    - A toilet
    - A separate laundry room with washer/dryer.

    On the first floor, there is a modern bathroom with a double sink, a rain shower, and toilet, in addition to four bedrooms.
    Bedroom I: a double divan (160X200)
    Bedroom II: a double bed (140X200)
    Bedroom III: two single beds (80X200)
    Bedroom IV: two single beds (80X200).

    If desired, a highchair and child’s bedframe are available. The home offers all kinds of amenities. There are ample kitchen supplies, an induction cooker, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. In the garage, 4 bicycles are available for use. On a nice day, enjoy a delicious meal outside and take in the view or lay out on one of the comfortable loungers.
