Family-friendly villa, right by the ocean
Located in South Brittany in Cabbelou, a peaceful suburb of the city of Concarneau, you’ll find the modern villa “Soubigell”. The home is situated on approximately 1,750 sq.m of property and offers plenty of privacy. The back garden borders on the Atlantic Ocean. When you walk out of the garden fence, you’re on the beach.
Located on the ground floor of the home:
- An approx. 10 sq.m, completely furnished, closed kitchen
- An approx. 45 sq.m living/dining room with a view of the ocean
- A toilet
- A separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
On the first floor, there is a modern bathroom with a double sink, a rain shower, and toilet, in addition to four bedrooms.
Bedroom I: a double divan (160X200)
Bedroom II: a double bed (140X200)
Bedroom III: two single beds (80X200)
Bedroom IV: two single beds (80X200).
If desired, a highchair and child’s bedframe are available. The home offers all kinds of amenities. There are ample kitchen supplies, an induction cooker, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. In the garage, 4 bicycles are available for use. On a nice day, enjoy a delicious meal outside and take in the view or lay out on one of the comfortable loungers.

Merveilleux séjour en famille, vue paradisiaque
Difficile de trouver mieux, vue paradisiaque, les pieds dans l'eau....Quand le soleil est en plus au rendez-vous, ce qui fût le cas, que peut-on espérer de mieux pour un séjour réussi en famille. Le fait d'être très proche de la plage (à 40 mètres !) a grandement facilité la surveillance d'un bébé de 4 mois . À renouveler sans aucun doute .

Maison cosy avec vue imprenable
La longue allée, pour accéder à la maison, avec ses grands arbres préservés des tempêtes, donne le ton.
La maison, très lumineuse avec ces grandes baies vitrées, permet de profiter d’une vue sur mer exceptionnelle.
L’accès direct à la mer permet aux petits et aux grands, d’aller pêcher dans les rochers, de se balader sur le sentier côtier ou de profiter des plages voisines pour se baigner.
Le plus dur est de repartir…

Dépaysement total
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, même par temps de pluie.
La maison est superbe, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Idéal pour faire une pause dans ce monde détraqué, pour se reconnecter à la nature, et apprécier le temps qui passe.
Merci à Mme Cloatre pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

Location conforme à l'annonce. Endroit magnifique avec une vue superbe et imprenable sur les Glénans. Maisons confortable où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous immédiatement. Seul bémol : une deuxième salle de bain serait la bienvenue (la place existe dans la buanderie au rdc). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, très propre. Elle est également bien équipée. L'accueil est très sympathique. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est l'emplacement de la maison qui est exceptionnel : les pieds dans l'eau, ce qui offre un spectacle permanent et varié selon le temps. Adultes comme adolescents nous avons tous adorés et passés un week-end formidable. Nous espérons renouveler prochainement. Merci aux propriétaires et à Caroline.

Superbe vue
Très belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipement, vaisselle, produits ménagers, épices etc. On se sent bien comme à la maison. Caroline est très gentille et douce. Nous gardons l'adresse pour revenir dès que possible.

L'océan pour horizon
La villa Soubigell est exceptionnellement située sur la presqu’île du Cabellou. Son jardin donnant directement sur l’océan sans nuisance de passages permet de profiter de la magnifique vue même bien au chaud dans le séjour en cas de mauvais temps. L’accueil et la réactivité de l’hôte sont parfaits.
