It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is located next to the thalassotherapy centre, so you can relax by the sea. Located on the 1st floor with lift, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m², including games for children. Bed linen and towels included. The accommodation comprises Day area: \- A 20 m² living room with TV and a double sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC Night space: \- A large master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and TV \- A bunk bed (sleeps two) Outside area : \- A balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
