Charming house, 3***, 400m from the beach, GR34 and thalasso baths

  • The accommodation is ideal for a holiday in Brittany: 350 m from the Sables Blancs beach and the thalassotherapy center which opened in June 2015. It is a charming semi-detached house completely renovated in 2014. The decoration is neat. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine. Our house includes 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 2 WCs, a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room, a dining room. The accommodation is equipped with the SFR box (internet + TV).

L'hôte a été au petit soin. Elle nous a accueilli avec des crêpes, des boissons chaudes, pleins d'idées de balades et aussi pleins de petites attentions partout dans la maison (livres, fleurs fraiches etc ...). La maison est très bien située et très agréable. Un vrai bonheur.

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll dekoriert und renoviert. Trotzdem sind ursprüngliche Details wie Türen und eine deutlich knarrende Treppe erhalten geblieben. Auch ein Bad bzw. die zwei Toiletten kann man nicht größer zaubern, aber es wurde u.E. das Beste daraus gemacht. Küche war gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt, kein Trockner, Wäscheständer. Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, auch wenn mal ein Bus vorbei fährt, stört dies nicht wirklich. Wir waren während der französischen Schulferien da, so dass auch die nahegelegende Schule geschlossen war. Ein Pfad zum Laufen, Wandern oder Radfahren ist gleich nebenan. Das Meer ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ins Zentrum ca. 30 Minuten Fussweg. Der nächste Bäcker ist in ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bitte beachten, dass Concarneau relativ hügelig ist. Auf der Terasse konnten wir abends noch nett den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend. Hier konnte man Reisetipps und mehr erhalten. Leider haben wir nur eine Woche Zeit gehabt und nicht alles nutzen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und uns wohlgefühlt. Noch folgende Hinweise, weil dies Thema sein könnte: Es gibt keinen direkten Parkplatz, aber Abstellmöglichkeiten in den beiden nächsten Strassen. Es ist ein Reihenendhaus. Es können gegen Gebühr Bettwäsche und Handtücher bestellt werden. Auch die Endreinigung kostet extra. Alles moderate Kosten aus unserer Sicht. Wlan war super. Nur Steckdosen könnten mehr sein.

Charmantes Haus mit kleinen Überraschungen

Gut ausgestattetes, reichhaltig dekoriertes Haus. Gute Lage in Wohngegend. In der deutschen Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt nicht erwähnte Kosten für Handtücher und Endreinigung. Bad und WC‘s sehr eng.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Sehr herzlich wurden wir empfangen von Max der uns auch von der Geschichte des Hauses erzählte. Es ist alles da, Herd Toaster Kaffeemaschine Waschmaschine Mikrowelle. Wir haben am Abend gerne auf der Terasse in der Sonne gesessen und den Tag verabschiedet. Für die vielen Ausflüge haben wir das Auto genitzt, was empfehlenswert ist auch im notwendige Einkäufe zu tätigen. Wir können das sehr saubere und gepflegte Haus und auch die Gastgeber sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das in einer ruhigen Wohngegend oberhalb des zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichenden Strandes Les Sables Blanc gelegene Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir sind von den Vermietern sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und mit allen wesentlichen Informationen und Tipps bezüglich etwaiger Ausflugsziele versorgt worden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Belle petite maison à deux pas de la plage des sables blancs.

Tolle Lage und schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Concarneau, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Concarneau ist ein hübsches Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist!

Gemütliches kleines Ferienreihenhaus mit Garten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von den sympathischen Vermietern äußerst aufmerksam und großzügig umsorgt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand (gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Es wurde vor kurzem renoviert, ist gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist klein, bietet aber ein sonniges Plätzchen.
