It is close to the famous Sables Blancs beach. The House : As soon as you arrive, the ground floor welcomes you with an extensive living space including a living room, an open dining room on the terrace and the garden. You will also have access to a fully equipped and open kitchen, ideal for convivial moments for families or groups of friends. A well appointed laundry room is also adjacent to this space for added convenience. Discover a first master bedroom with an Italian shower and toilet ensures optimal comfort. A staircase will then take you upstairs where you will discover three charming bedrooms and a second shower room. A mezzanine with a balcony with a partial sea view invites you to work or immerse yourself in a book. A fourth bedroom, equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, completes this floor. The real asset of this house is its wooded outdoor area, with a swimming pool. You can enjoy the Breton sun and share relaxing moments with family or friends.
