Très bien situé et très belle vue

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche des commerçants, des restaurants et surtout des plages. Tout peut être fait à pied c’est bien appréciable. la vue est superbe, et la belle terrasse permet d’en profiter pleinement.Juste à descendre et traverser la rue pour aller à la plage. La place de parking en soi sol est aussi un plus.

Wir (Ehepaar m/w 60) haben in der Cassette di Michele in der Wohnung "Erica" Ende Mai, Anfang Juni zwölf wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingrichtet, was sowohl die Möblierung als auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten angeht. Geschlafen haben wir i.d.R. sehr gut, jedoch hat uns mitunter die ein oder andere Mücke gepagt. Von der Terasse mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen (, die allerdings langsam ausgetauscht werden sollten,) sowie vom Pool haben wir ausgiebig Gebrauch gemacht. Gegen Abend wurde es im Freien jedoch kühl, was der vergleichweise hohen Lage geschuldet sein dürfte. Für die Anfahrt zur Anlage sollte man als Autofahrer furchtlos sein, das gilt sowohl für die gewundenen Bergstraßen, die nach San Baronto führen, als auch insbesondere für die enge und sehr steile Auffahrt, die von der Straße zu den Wohnungen führt. Hier ist für jede Wohnung ein eigener Stellplatz vorhanden. Wer die Auffahrt scheut, kann jedoch direkt unten an der Straße auf dem kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplatz parken und die letzten 150m zu Fuß bezwingen. Handyempfang ist relativ schlecht (, was im Urlaub ja kein Nachteil sein muss), etwa in der Mitte unseres Aufenthalts wurde dann jedoch ein Mesh-System installiert, welches guten WLAN-Empfang sicherstellt. Der Empfang bei Anreise durch die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich, die Rückerstattung der Kaution und Absprache bzgl. Abreise völlig problemlos. Kurz und gut: uns beiden hat es in dieser

Résidence située proche du centre face à la mer avec vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Un petit rafraîchissement du balcon serait la bienvenue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
