It is on the Cabellou peninsula, one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Concarneau, very appreciated for its magnificent setting and the tranquility that reigns there that this house of the 70s is located in which tradition blends perfectly with modernity. The ground floor consists of a lovely entrance that deserts a large bright living room with its rotunda living room and its living room opening onto the outside adjoining the kitchen.
