Architect-Designed House with Jacuzzi

The Lodge Cube is a detached house with a spa, designed for vacation rentals and ideal for up to 6 guests. Carefully decorated, it offers a relaxing setting overlooking a green space and woods. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Concarneau, you can enjoy many summer activities and it’s a perfect starting point for trips to the Glénan Islands. Beaches are less than 2 km away.



Set on a 900 m² plot, this single-story architect-designed house is modern and bright. It is part of a private complex of three lodges (Terre, Mer, and Cube), accommodating up to 18 people in total, while ensuring peace and privacy.



The lodge features an outdoor spa under a bioclimatic pergola, accessible year-round. It seats 6 people and is equipped with massage jets, comfortable seating, and relaxing lighting for a unique experience, even in winter.



The tastefully furnished interior includes a south-facing living room with large bay windows opening onto two terraces, one leading directly to the spa. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped.



There are three bedrooms: two with 180 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds. Each bedroom has a dressing room, direct access to the terrace, and views of nature. Hotel-quality bedding is provided, with beds made on arrival.



A bathroom with double sink, shower, and toilet, plus a separate toilet, complete the home. There is also a washing machine, outdoor drying area, and barbecue.



Three private parking spaces are available in front of the house.



Bed linen included. Optional: towels and end-of-stay cleaning available for an extra fee.
