Doordat de tuin begrensd wordt door hoge muren is het betrekkelijk donker in huis, zeker als de zon niet schijnt. De tuin is verder geschikt om buiten te zitten, maar dan moet het gekrijs van meeuwen en muziek van de buren je niet hinderen. ideale eigen parkeerplaats!
