Oasis Cabin #3 is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, fun, and a little riverside adventure. 🛏 Sleeping Setup Bedroom 1: Cozy queen bed Bedroom 2: Full-over-Full bunk beds (hello, sleepover vibes!) Living room: Sofa bed for extra guests 🍳 Inside Perks Kitchen stocked with all the cookware & dishes you need (just bring the food & spices) Open dining + living area with a table for 6 42″ Smart TV for movie nights Fast fiber optic WiFi so you can stream 🔥 Outside Hangout Private BBQ pit (charcoal grill) Picnic table for big family meals Fire pit for s’mores and starry nights 🐾 Dog Friendly Bring your pups along! $100 per stay (2 dogs max), non-refundable 📅 Rates Peak Season: Memorial Day – Labor Day Off Season: All other times, except Easter & Spring Break You have full access to your rental. \* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in. \* River access – you can access the river from our property (river area is deeper in this area) or you can walk outside of Oasis and down to the crossing and enter the river this way. This seems to be the easiest access for most. In addition to this rental, we have several other rentals that can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 18 guests. We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Every bed is made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. You’ll also have 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, placed on the beds or in the bathrooms. Anything beyond the starter pack will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish during the stay. Cell service is limited in the area.
