The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area.

John was a great host, very communicative and responsive if we needed something. The place was very clean and great for a little getaway. Close to gas station, convenient stores and Garner State Park. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the small playground. The only small complaint was that you could hear the neighbors upstairs quite a bit. We stayed up late though so it didn't bother us too much for sleeping.

Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great.

Awesome Stay!

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for my family and I to spend some time relaxing. The host was very accessible and friendly, and made our vacation much more enjoyable. The pool was never over populated, perfect distance from our condo. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!

Beautiful Gataway

This is a great place for family n friends. I had a great time with my adults kids. John is a great host n replies right back when you text him. We had everything we needed and the place was clean. The swimming pool was a plus. We spend most of our time in the pool. We all enjoyed our stay.

River vacay 2024

Our stay was a short one but a very pleasant one. We loved our condo, it was very nicely furnished and clean. We had everything we needed to cook for our family. Thank you, we do recommend it! Our only regret is that my husband forgot his glasses hanging on the bedroom tv. 😢

Next time I would definitely make sure I was in one upstairs! Neighbors were very inconsiderate on how loud they were,other than that stay was amazing… pool was best part. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go on River ,it was to shallow. But our stay was GREAT

Fun Vacation

First off John was the Best . He replied quickly to any of my messages and cause of that everything ran smoothly. Thank you John . About the Condo we liked it all . It had what we needed for our stay. We loved that they had all the bed sheets pillows and bathroom towels that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need for cooking and baking . The air conditioning was nice and cold after a long hot day in the pool or river . The POOL was so nice for all of us . Didn’t want to leave it . Over all I give it a 5 star review! We are planning on going back this year . Happy I found this place 😀Thank you again John !

The suite was clean. Linens and towels were clean and quantity was good. The kitchen was cleaned and supplied well. There were a couple of pans that the Teflon was scratched, but we didn't need to use them. The notebook of information was very useful. Check in was easy and the a/c thermostat was easy to adjust, as long as one doesn't tap on the screen. The pool was clean and was a great bonus.

Great Place to Stay!
