About this property

Cozy Log Cabin called Buffalo Horizon. Sleeps 4. Close to Frio River

  • Beautiful Log Cabin with 2 bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom. Has newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. Pictures don’t do it justice. Just off River Road at the Frio River but secluded enough that you don’t feel that people are on top of you. Has fire pit and barbecue pit for your enjoyment. Tube on the Frio or sit on the porch and watch the deer. Beautiful setting.

    The cabin is located close to the river, however there is not private access via walking. We have many great tubing companies around that can help you get access to the river and enjoy time with your family.

Wonderful place to unplug with our college kids and 2 dogs. We were a bit surprised with all the carpenter bees but there are traps. They were attracted to light so some string lights helped distract them from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was fun watching the deee feed in the evening. We will be back.

Great cabin! We were stuck in Concan due to flooding. They went out of their way to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. They extended our stay free of charge and were a pleasure to be around! Great people!!!
