Private: property (fenced), swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 100 m, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide sur la mer !! Un bonheur tout au long de la journée ! Nous y étions à 7(4 adultes, 1 enfant de 5 ans et 2 bébés de 3 et 5mois). Parfait pour tous !tout était là pour avoir de super vacances. Le petit plus :cuisine extérieure avec une grande plancha que nous avons pu utiliser tous les jours !

Vue exceptionnelle Situation pour visite parfaite (Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Aiguilles, Trois piscines, Restaurant Pacha, Superette, 3 plages magnifiques, ...) Service sur place top. Propriétaire très présent, aimable et serviable. Infrastructure très bien pour 9 personnes, cuisine extérieur extra.
