"The Alberto Firenze is located in a central square with numerous food & drink options in a beautiful environment. Close to all, the only difficulty we had was finding parking and following confusing (or nonexistent) traffic signs. The nearby parking lot was convenient and inexpensive but was full when we arrived and we waited quite a long time to be able to enter."

"The staff were very helpful , in particular Maddalena. They booked ferry tickets for me online and gave helpful advice re local restaurants . Always welcoming and cheerful. My single room was small but ideal for one person , with an excellent shower and tea-making facilities ( ie a kettle ) in the room, and a terrace outside accessed via the French windows . I will certainly use this hotel again on my next trip to Como and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it . "
