- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various cooking utensils;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY (access from the living room) with a small table and outdoor chairs.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Como is an elegant and lively city, situated at the southern end of the lake, that beautifully combines landscape, history, architecture, and culture. The heart of the city is the walled old town, easily explored on foot, where you’ll find Como Cathedral, the medieval Broletto, the Teatro Sociale, Piazza San Fedele, and Porta Torre. From the centre, you can quickly reach Piazza Cavour and the lakefront promenade, ideal for strolling to the Tempio Voltiano, dedicated to Alessandro Volta, the “Life Electric” sculpture, and the spectacular Villa Olmo with its park. Among the most distinctive experiences is the Como-Brunate funicular, which in just a few minutes takes you to a panoramic vantage point overlooking the city and the lake.



The property is located in the Valduce-Crispi residential area, immediately northeast of the historic centre, in a quieter location than the busier streets but still convenient for reaching the main attractions. The property is about 1 km from the Como Lago train station, and the city centre and the lakefront are approximately a 15- to 20-minute walk away, taking into account the area’s slightly hilly terrain. The location therefore offers a good balance between proximity to Como’s tourist hub, a quiet residential setting, and easy access to the city and lake excursions.



From the Como Lago station, the accommodation is about a 15-minute walk, while from the Como Borghi station, it takes approximately 20 minutes.



For those arriving from Milan Malpensa or Milan Bergamo-Orio al Serio airports, you can take the shuttle service to Milano Centrale and then continue by train to Como.



For guests travelling by car, the property does not have private parking or reserved parking spaces. However, you can use the nearby paid public car parks.
