We had a wonderful stay in this lovely renovated apartment in town of Como. We enjoyed the café and shops just outside the apartment. The walk to the ferry was very close. We did prefer the taxi over the train. Excellent choice for our trip to Como

Very good location and clean

Property was perfect location for easy access to train and ferries around the lake. Very clean and owner was very helpful. Some early morning noise from cafe down below but other than that was great.

First off, Alexia is one of the best hosts we have had at anywhere. Friendly, super helpful and she has an apartment that is pristine. The location being 5 minutes from the harbor right in the middle of the historic city center makes it easy to walk to boat tours, the ferries or restaurants. You will love staying at this property and working with Alexia.

Excellent property / Great communication

I just stayed at Charming Como in May for 2 nights for a short business trip. The apartment was extremely clean. It was well furnished, with plenty of room and lots of windows. The host had extremely good communication and made the entire process simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

The host was wonderful to deal with, professional, caring, informative. Check in/out was simple. The location was away from congested areas, great to have a cafe below for morning meal. Its 15 minute walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the water. This is an accommodation I would book again. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in this location, small market and a wine store.

The property was perfect - location, clean, air conditioning, and a nice bottle of Presecco waiting for us :). A big plus was Cafe Milani next door - best expresso i’ve ever had.

Our host was great. Helped with taxis and anything we need. Great property - within walking distance to store and restaurants. However taxis are hard to come by, so if you do not like walking , itmay not be the best choice for you. However we loved it!!
