"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"

"Would highly recommend. The chalet is clean, warm and welcoming. A cosy home from home. Just 5 minutes from the slopes and fantastic views of Mt Blanc. "

"The staff were good, but the room I was in desperately needs improving, in terms of fixing items, repairing tiles and sealent around the bath etc. Its tired and wouldn't take much to do. But the rooms were clean. "
