Outside, there is a private driveway for 2 cars, a non-enclosed front garden with artificial grass and a bench, and an enclosed rear garden with artificial grass and furniture. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 1.4 miles, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Highchair and stairgate available on request. The Neighborhood:

This small village in Conwy County overlooks the north coast of Wales on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Its neighbouring villages include Old Colwyn, Llanddulas and Betwy-yn-Rhos. It has a small number of facilities including a primary school, a convenience store and village hall. The Mynydd Marian Nature Reserve forms part of a range of low limestone hills, with the highest point boasting remarkable views stretching across the Irish Sea. As well as its limestone grassland, you may be lucky enough to spot a rare form of the silver-studded blue butterfly. Nearby, Llanddulas offers shops, pubs and a large beach with a cycle track. The colourful town of Colwyn Bay boasts plenty more attractions, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, along with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Abergele is positioned between the Vale of Clwyd and the Conwy Valley, perfect for avid walkers and cyclists. Overlooking this town is the inspiring Gwrych Castle, a grade I listed country house offering a rich history and 250 acres of gardens waiting to be discovered. This is the ideal touring base for exploring North Wales.
