The lady that checked me in was amazing. The bell man had to take another guest somewhere and so when I checked in she went and got my bag herself. She also had my car retreived from Valet when I said no one had told me about the credit I would received if I self parked and she made that right by crediting the valet back to my account and changed it to self park.
