Our central location is walkable to the best dinning and shopping district in Columbus, the Short North. The Worthington has a beautiful, newly renovated open kitchen and living room that is perfect for making dinner and catching up on a show. The townhouse includes central air to keep you cool and a washer/dryer on the main level. Spread out in 3 large bedrooms and 2 &1/2 bathrooms! Enjoy 1 off-street parking spot, steps from your apartment door. The Space: Parking is easy to find and your spot is just steps from your front door! Upon entry you will find a bright inviting space for your group to relax and unwind. Our living room has a smart TV, and is a good spot to work or relax. Our kitchen is stocked for preparing a meal, and you will find laundry and a half bathroom all on the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom is beautiful! A walk in shower with all new tile awaits you! Downstairs you will find a suite with a queen bed, and full bathroom with walk-in shower as well. The Neighborhood: This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!
