This artsy renovation will evoke the splendor and character of that period, while you enjoy ALL MODERN AMENITIES with approx. 5000 sq ft of space. Large smart televisions, super fast WIFI, HOT showers, Central Air, plenty of off street parking in the rear, and a basketball hoop and large backyard to stretch your legs or to run your pets. 5 Plenty of FREE on street parking in front of building. Enter up driveway and at the side door JUST BEFORE the Black Spiral steps. Guests should rinse off dishes and place in dishwasher daily, and daily take all trash out to the alley, out the rear gate on the east side of the garage. Any large green dumpster is permissible to use along the alley. No sleeping on couches, only use the numerous beds. Be mindful of other guests and monitor TV Volume as to not disturb other guests. Although this is a private residence there is a penthouse apartment above, so please be respectful of your neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. SMOKING IS A VIOLATION THAT YOU AGREE ALLOWS US TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DEPART THE PREMISES UPON REQUEST OF THE OWNER OR THEIR MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE. FURTHER YOU AGREE TO ANY PROFESSIONAL SMOKE REMEDIATION SERVICES AND TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY. If you are warned about noise more than once or are disturbing the peace OF OUR AMAZING NEIGHBORS, or creating a nuisance, your reservation will be immediately cancelled with no refund and you agree to immediately vacate the premises peacefully.
