With a refreshing above-ground pool (AVAILABLE ONLY from April to October), room for 12 guests, and multiple living spaces, this is the perfect retreat for families, large groups, or military visitors. Your peaceful, relaxing, and fun-filled getaway starts here!

Step into your own private haven where comfort meets style. "The 5-Star Oasis" is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 6 comfortable beds. The home boasts 3.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone in your group.

Gather in the open-concept living room, featuring plush seating and a large smart TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open flow into the dining and kitchen areas makes it perfect for socializing and creating lasting memories.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious dining table seats your entire group, providing the perfect setting for family dinners or a fun game night.

We've made sure everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Our 5-bedroom layout includes a variety of bed configurations to suit your group's needs.

The crown jewel of this property is the incredible backyard! Step outside to a private, fenced-in space featuring a sparkling above-ground pool (AVAILABLE ONLY from April to October), perfect for cooling off on warm Georgia days. The patio area has comfortable seating and a grill, inviting you to host a memorable BBQ or simply relax in the sun.

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire house, including the backyard and pool area. You will receive a unique key code for self-check-in prior to your arrival, allowing for a seamless and contact-free entry.  
  
Check-in form: To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete our check-in form and upload a valid photo ID after booking. This will activate your personalized smart lock code that will be sent 24 hours before your arrival, allowing for easy self-check-in. Please note that failure to complete the form may result in cancellation.

As we prepare for your arrival at River Town Rentals, we wish to ensure your experience is seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Please review the following guidelines designed to enhance your stay:  
  
Early Check-In: To accommodate early arrivals, we kindly request advance notification. An early check-in before 4 PM incurs a $50 fee, which is mandatory and non-negotiable.  
  
Late Check-Out: Please note that late check-out is not available. A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For departures after 1:00 PM, a full nightly rate will be charged.  
  
Trip Extension: For guests wishing to extend their stay, we require notification before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out.  
  
Damages: Responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay extends to all members of your party. We will communicate any damages directly, followed by an invoice for the necessary repairs or replacements.  
  
Laundry Service: Our linens are professionally cleaned and prepared for each guest.  
  
Parties/Events: We strictly prohibit parties or events. Should we suspect such activities, we will initiate contact to resolve the matter. Failure to respond may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund.  
  
Security and House Rules: Exterior security cameras are operational at all times for your safety. Adherence to our no pets, occupancy limits, and furniture arrangement policies is essential. Smoking is prohibited inside but is allowed outside the property. Violations of house rules, confirmed through security monitoring or other means, will incur a $50 fee per incident.  
  
A detailed list of house rules will be provided 24 hours before your check-in. Your acknowledgment and compliance with these rules are imperative for a harmonious stay for all our guests.
