Located in Grandview less than a mile away from OSU campus and the short north. This stunning 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is equipped with a lovely balcony is perfect for a weekend away with your family or a work trip. This property has a community pool, hot tub, & 24/7 gym. The Space: This unit is on the first floor for easy access and walkability from the parking lot. Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND (CLOSED: SEPTEMBER TO MAY). THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND, THOUGH USE IS WEATHER-DEPENDENT AND MAY CLOSE IF TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW 30°F. IT MAY ALSO BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE FOR ROUTINE CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, OR EMERGENCY REPAIRS. THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS IS ALWAYS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. POOL RULES: This is a private pool for all Tenant and guest use, available to those within the apartment complex Daily Pool Hours: 9:00AM – 10:00PM. Any/all guest(s)/visitor(s) must be accompanied by a Tenant at all times and he/she is the responsibility of the Tenant. Each Apartment may host no more than two guests total. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. No rafts, large balls, toys, glass containers, pets (except pets permitted by law), cut-offs, thong-style swimwear, or alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area. Proper swim attire required at all times. Persons suffering from communicable illness, skin diseases, eye, ear, nose and throat infections as well as persons under the influence of intoxicants are prohibited from using the pool. No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool area under surveillance at all times. NO DIVING HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES: Maximum capacity: 12 people. No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time. For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it. Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time. No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted. No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Proper swim attire required at all times. Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub. Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations. VIOLATION OF ANY RULE(S) SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN FINES TO BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. It was not clean, dryer sheets and lint stacked on the floor next to the dryer, toilet obviously not cleaned, dust on light fixtures and fan plus a shard of glass in the carpet. There was debris in the kitchen cabinet and a light above the island had a burned out lightbulb. No sheets for the sofa bed and then when the sheets were delivered they brought us two twin fitted sheets for a full size sofa bed. When I asked for the correct sheets I was told I was asking for something extra. The listing claims there is a "lovely balcony" which in reality is a sliding door with bars across it and two feet of grass. Overall the location was where we wanted to be however this is certainly not a "stunning" apartment. ##### Sandy C. This unit is in an apartment complex. It is not a "by owner" rental. There's some skeezy short-term rental company that manages it and they have NO attention to detail. The vertical blinds on first floor double patio doors WOULD NOT CLOSE properly, letting anyone outside see into the unit. They said they would "put in a maintenance request" to fix the blinds, but it wasn't taken care of during our three-night stay. This fully furnished apartment was missing coffee cups and there was not a single plate of any kind. After notifying "management," two cups and some plates were left on the doormat while we attended our event. All the furnishings -- which looked NOTHING like the photos -- were cheap build-it-yourself pieces that were liberally scratched. Insides of the drawers were not clean and there were personal items left from a previous renter. And there were two middling bath towels for two adult over three nights. But we could hang them from our luxury command hooks in the bathroom. No lamps for the nightstands. Only overhead lights and no side or coffee tables in the "living" room. I will avoid any unit managed by Home 2 Home rental and I recommend you do the same. ##### pamela l.
