The Charles at Riggins Run is a newer gated community tucked between Dublin and Hilliard — quiet, tree-lined, and thoughtfully designed.

Bridge Park is 5 minutes away with chef-driven restaurants, boutique shops, and the North Market Bridge Park food hall. The Avenue Steak Tavern, Kitchen Social, Cap City Diner, and Fox in the Snow Café are all a short drive. Grocery stores (Whole Foods, Kroger), pharmacies, and local cafés are nearby.

Cardinal Health, Nationwide, Honda, and other major employers are 10-25 minutes out. I-270 is minutes away for easy commuting.

Emerald Fields Park, Coffman Park, and the Heritage Trail are 5-10 minutes away for running, walking, or cycling.

Take the stairs up to the top floor — no neighbors above you, just peace and quiet. Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept living area with big windows, natural light, and plenty of room to spread out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything you need to cook a real meal. There's a coffee station with a drip machine, Keurig, and French press, plus dining seating for four at the table and three more at the island counter. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit with starter detergent.

The master bedroom has a king-size WinkBed mattress with Frette linens, a full closet, a dresser, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen WinkBed with the same luxury bedding. The second full bathroom is in the hallway. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep.

Both bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and a starter set of Asprey toiletries — the same brand you'd find at many luxury hotels.
