Staff was absolutely Amazing! That lady needs a significant raise! Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and my wife and I got Awesome rest! We didn’t use any of the amenities, so I couldn’t give a proper evaluation for them. I will be staying again next time I’m in the area! 10/10!

The staff were friendly and kind, the room looked perfect, parking was easy. The issue we had is that by the time we left, my son had several bites all over his body that look like bed bug bites. There were 2 beds in our room and we didn’t get any bites in ours, but my son is covered.

Nice place to stay for one night. Very quiet but, the room was suppose to be smoke free but it smelled of smoke when you opened the door. Not a strong smell and the lady at the counter was very helpful even offering to clean our room again.

Front desk was kind and helpful. There was only one bedside table. The room appeared to be clean, but our feet were black when we got in the shower--probably from the carpet runners. There was no counter to put toiletries on in the bathroom. There was the sink with exposed plumbing and that was it. The towels were hung on the toilet's handicapped rails instead of on the towel rack. Yuck.

Rooms and bathroom are very small. The AC unit was old and very loud like a lawnmower but they did replace it later in the week. The floors and carpet areas were filthy. The location was very convenient. The last night I was there another guest had their car stereo blaring for about 30 minutes, but turned it off by 10:30 pm or so.

Very convenient location. Old property compared to other properties around. Dublin city is quite a happening place and got its unique identity whereas this budget motel provides option for the budget conscious travelers. The staff were incredible. They tried to help their level best. But the rooms need some upgrade. There were spiders, cockroaches, water faucets, not very clean. The safety vault was locked. Door locks were not updated. So, overall the property needs some renovation.

TV hardly worked. It wouldn't connect to the Internet and kept cutting out while it was on. Staff was friendly, and it was a 3/5 on cleanliness. They definitely need to deep clean those rooms with some of the stains on the floors.

This property is old. It’s in need of a lot of repairs. Lots of mold on outside and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The rooms are small. The staff did a great job with what they had to work with to provide a clean room. Bedding was yellowed and questionable. Everything is just old. Looks like management is trying to do a few things. The price is awful for the room. Way too much money for this property. I thought for $200 a night we would have nicer rooms. More like the low end budget room. Birds had nests in areas on the hotel and need to be gotten rid of. They chirped all night and flew around during the day. Would never stay here again.
