I missed my medicine and AirPods and the operator said throw them away at #107. Suddenly he said, please call me again tomorrow because the manager is working. Strange place to stay, what's more there is no standard motel or hotel at all. I feel embarrassed that the motels or hotels here lack service and facilities.

The parking lot was old,spaces were very close together,we didn't get any towels, they were quick to deny anyone change for the dryers,the room i paid for was supposed to have a microwave and fridge..it had neither..the toilet is leaking at the seal and the sheets were dirty with small holes..im supposed to be in this hotel another day but i don't think i should have to pay for this 3rd night..nothing is like the advertisement on your site

we reserved a room with fridge & mirowave when we flew in we are told there out of them. When showed my reservation i was told they can cancel and i can call expedia. Why would i do that after flying in 6 hours and not knowing anything about the area? then we had multiple spiders bigger than a quarter, our sink sprayed all over when water was turned on. I did try to order delivery from Pizza hut, Dominos & even Doordash and they all said "due to safety concerns we do not deliver to that part of Vitory"

Absolutely the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty upon arrival. The room smelled horrible. Even after I purchased cleaning products and air fresheners, it still smelled horrible. The bathroom was gross. The shower was rusted and dirty. Bug and roaches throughout. The beds were uncomfortable. Linen was gross. The other guests were very seedy. No one cleaned the room. You are better off sleeping outside than sleeping. I would recommend this place to no one. I am definitely never staying here again. Not one good thing about this place.

Cricket legs and hair on sheets, holes in the walls. The first room they gave me was appalling! Second no better. The guy who gave me the room, gloved up to handle my license and paperwork but I was expected to sleep in unwashed sheets and shower in a shower with a brown floor. In the first room I was given, the bedspread had holes in it. The second didn’t even have a bedspread. The sheets were stained everywhere. I have NEVER seen such filth in my life.
