Features of this 1260 sq. ft. home include wide plank engineered LVP floors, central heating and cooling, washer/dryer, granite countertops, basement, back yard, two (2) private parking paces, and many more. This newly renovated home flows into a luminous, open-concept living and dining area. This is a duplex and both units (yours and the one next door) are both AirBnB's. Nothing is shared except for the backyard. Expect to experience a similar experience as you would in a hotel or apartment with potentially being able to hear guests on the other side from time to time.
