Terrible Bed, Maintenance Issues, But Good Staff
At first glance it seemed fine. Friendly staff, easy check in, spacious room. But be warned, there are almost no amenities included beyond towels and a couple of soaps. Maybe that's normal for extended stay, but it was bare bones.
Of bigger concern were the terrible bed and the maintenance issues. The bed was awful, quite possibly the least comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. It felt like a cheap $199 mattress you buy directly out of those discount furniture warehouses. You could feel the metal spring assembly under the mattress top.
We also had an AC/heat unit that stopped blowing air despite being on, and it took a visit from the front desk - who rinsed out the filter in the sink and put it back in still a little wet - to get it halfway working, after calling down a few times and being told to try this and that to make it work. Even after that, the fan would go on and off periodically even when set to remain on. The shower also had drainage problems the first time used, although that was fixed by the time we returned to the room a few hours after telling them. Finally, the elevator call buttons were broken on the 4th floor the morning of checkout, so we had to drag bags down the stairs. Not a problem for us since we are healthy and able, but another sign of the quality.
Overall, it was disappointing and not worth the price. The staff was very friendly and responsive, but the fact maintenance was needed at all, much less twice, is a problem for a hotel.
