With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $35/night fee will be applied. ★MAX OCCUPANCY★ The max occupancy of the home is 16\. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy. ★PET-FRIENDLY STAY★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We have a dedicated pet area as you saw in the pictures. We partner with professional and certified cleaners and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. ★SUPPLIES★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days ★HOUSE RULES★ \- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. \- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. \- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. \- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Please don't set the A.C. to below 55°F. \-Don't flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. \- The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
