One bed was comfortable and one had a dip in the middle. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper, wish the room was stocked better. Check in staff were pleasant but there was a language barrier so things were a little challenging. Clean overall and a convenient location to where we needed to be.

The room was clean and pretty spacious especially with two beds! I love the smaller pillows and the full counter space in the bathroom. My one issue is that the clock did not work.

Hotel is a bit run down. One of the beds in my room creaked like it was going to crack in half when you sat on it and you sunk to the middle a bit when laying down. Overall very convenient for the fairgrounds and because of that i will stay again

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the person in the room above ours paced loudly for HOURS in the middle of the night, even after the front desk was called.

Staff was super friendly. Pool was clean but areas around the pool were disgusting. Clumps if hair and dead worms everywhere. Food was mediocre. Room was fabulous! Clean, comfy and relaxing!

Cop was at the front desk when walking in. Checked in went to the room and was so nasty we walked right out and rented a room at another hotel. Said cop was in parking lot when leaving for overnight stay to patrol.

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. It smelled like smoke really bad along with marijuana. People across from us as also selling it from their hotel room all night. We got woken up around 1:00am and it didn’t stop until 5:00am. We kept calling the front desk and they said they would take care of it but they didn’t. They had two small children also running the hallways all night. I don’t recommend this place if your a non smoker/marijuana and like to get rest at night.

The UNcomortABLE Suites! This was one of my worst stays ever! To get into the lobby, you have to step over car plug ins that cover the sidewalk. Not great for ADA guests. Our entire floor smelled like smoke, despite their smoke free policy. You can smoke her, cigarettes.. weed… vape, etc. when I complained, they used some sort of febreeze like air freshener that made it worse. Not great for an asthmatic! I picked smoke-free for a reason. The room numbers were falling off the wall and replaced with paper signs. Large laundry cart filled with dirty laundry has been in the hall for 2 days. The housekeeper had her small child with, which was just plain sad! Keep driving…. This one should be a hard pass! Not what I paid for!!?

Stayed one night no issues. Showed up an hour early to check in and their system was down but still was able to check in early! Great hotel if you’re there to sleep and shower.

The inside lobby was clean , smelled clean , rooms could use updating- most Outlets didnt work, wallpaper peeling in the room - Breakfast was good - eggs - sausage, oatmeal, mini bagels toast, danish, juice milk , cereal, hot chocolate, cappuccino, waffles reg/strawberry. - pool - looked nice Staff was nice .

Check in was easy, room was decent. Lighting sucked. Came back at midnight after the concert and couldn't even get into the hotel. 5am rolls around and someone walks into our room!? And isn't even quiet on the way out. Door slams. I was too tired to even move or investigate. Shortly after, someone is knocking. I'm too tired to even get up. 7am rolls around and the room phone rings like 5 different times and everytime I answer nobody is there. By like 745 I'm fed up and I call the front desk and it's because they apparently misplaced the copy of my ID. Breakfast was terrible. At checkout she apologized and had found my ID and said the previous guy gave someone the wrong keys and that's why someone walked in at 5am. .. ok? I'm not a hotel snob. Which is why I didn't care that it was a 2 star. LOL it was comfort suites. I literally used to work for comfort inn. But shew.

Cockroach in the breakfast lobby
There was a cockroach crawling on the counter in the breakfast lobby. I told one of the workers there about it, but when the cockroach hid and she couldn't see it she just shrugged and walked off. I instantly lost my appetite after seeing that. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Days Inn next door is probably cleaner than this "nicer" hotel.

Supposed to have indoor pool, it was closed/not working for our entire stay. Booked a king suite & was told at check in that we couldn't have king suite. Was given 2 queens suite. Window in room was filthy, had mold all over.

Great night stay at Comfort Suites with my family. Easy to check in and check out. We had a quick stay and it was just what we needed for the night and early morning. The hotel is what we expected and read in reviews.

We were there for a cheer competition for my Daughter. The check-in process was awful. My key didn’t work, had to get a new one, that one didn’t work. We had to be moved to another room. The room was dirty, the bathroom, had water all around the toilet, it was gross and disgusting. The breakfast wasn’t replenished, when it was empty. It was just a horrible stay !! I will never stay there again, or recommend it to anyone!!
