Lots of room for a family. Only negatives were carpet and furniture could use an update as the carpet had several stains and one of the couches had a stain on the cushion that could not be flipped. Grass looked like it had not been mowed in a while, so unable to utilized backyard and several lights were burned out. There was a note that we were to take the trash, out wash towels and bedding. We have rented several VRBO’s and we have only been responsible for doing our own dishes (personally felt for the cost this should have been included) Otherwise, loved the place.
