The house is located in an average neighborhood. Check in process was easy and no issues, asked for hour early check in and responded quickly. Beds were nice and large bathrooms. Water in fridge provided upon entry was appreciated. Lots of amenities and perfect for a long weekend or week stay. Short distance of 12 to 15 drive to campus on easy streets. Highly Recommend

We booked this house for our stay during the Sonic Temple festival for 7 young adults! It was an absolutely amazing property from top to bottom! The owner thought of the smallest details that make your stay even more perfect. The fridge was stocked with water bottles and there were so many amenities available for us to use. The communication with the owner was 10/10 and she was so incredibly kind with everything we needed!! Hoping to book this property for the festival next year! I would immediately recommend this property to anyone that was staying in the Columbus area.
