However, rest assured that finding parking within the vicinity is generally easy and convenient. Before booking, please note that this is a cozy, comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood. While we strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay, please be aware that we offer simple, clean accommodations without extravagant amenities. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The only guests allowed in the apartment are the guests that you checked with initially, that are listed on the Airbnb booking. Any guests that are NOT listed on this booking when checking in initially are not allowed and will cause a violation of the house rules. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. FRONT OFFICE DO NOT cause any issues with the onsite management. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, parties, trash, etc.) you will be charged with a $200USD fine. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general \`fix-it\` requests. We ask that all of our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team\`s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the \`non-emergency maintenance category and won\`t be completed until they\`ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS We do not allow pets, and there is a fine of $200 if there is any urine, fecal matter, or vomit or stains in the apartment PARTIES There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property or the neighbors, disrespect the property management or building staff, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200 USD CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100 USD. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels or sheets drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. However I did not expect to see a cockroach come out from underneath the baseboard from the neighboring apartment!! We contacted the property owner and I would have expected some kind of refund, there were a total of 3 that we killed and the next day went to Walmart to get some perimeter spray, cus we were not going to have that happen again! I understand you are in the south and those bugs are there , but it didn't come from outside, it was the place next to us! Then we also had to deal with them doing demo work in that apartment the next day and a heads up would've been nice. They worked til about 3p. on a Sat. You could tell where the cockroaches came from when you saw the stuff from next door being ripped out!
