"The staff was not friendly at all. It felt like a big inconvenience for them to help you with anything so we really tried to not ask for much bc they was rude. They did not have breakfast bc the kitchen was closed as well as the restaurant wich would have been nice to know when booking the room bc we pay for breakfast an are expecting that when checking in. Rooms was okay nothing special felt very outdated. Pool an hottub was the best part about the trip. I did not see any bugs so thats always a plus. Ohh an the key cards kept on messing up so always hafting to get new ones. "

"Close to The Greater Convention Center. Wonderful breakfast. Walls are thin. We could hear someone's TV and people running down the hall. Not a restful night's sleep, but it was a convenient location."
