As to the location, it is so centrally located and if you don’t have a car, many restaurants are walking distance OR if you need an “Uber” the fares are reasonable to all parts of the city. My friends and I needed a place to stay for Origins Game Fair and I found Brian's place. Further from the Convention Center than I usually stay, but we were procrastinating on finding a spot. Our stay was perfect! I felt safe walking home at night (or in the early morning). The neighborhood felt so welcoming. The space itself was immaculate and the beds were comfy. The communication was EXCELLENT, and Brian was so kind to let me sleep in on the last day a little bit so I could get some sleep before driving home.
