We stayed 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was dated but clean. No bad smells and No bed bugs. (I check for bugs everywhere I stay). The bathroom door didn't close quite right, but that didn't bother us thankfully. The sink was slow to drain but never backed up. There were some noisy guests our first night and our room was right next to the dumpster which the trash company picked up at 5AM. Overall the cleanliness and the friendlyness of the staff was a high point. Not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget! And the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops!

Honestly at any price this place is terrible. At the price I paid, it was an insult. I have never stayed at a seedier hotel/motel. The carpets were filthy, the room had a stench, there was no vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletries, the shower had no curb (they put me in a handicapped accessible room?) and with no proper drainage, the water poured out onto the floor, the sink was affixed to the wall at an angle that looked like it could detach from the wall at anytime and the neighborhood was very sketchy. If my wife &/or family had been with me, I would have driven off to another hotel. I rarely leave negative reviews and while the staff was kind, I feel that Expedia's constant requests for a review should be accommodated in this case. Do not stay at this place!

I need a refund I did not have this reservation. I’ve talked to Expedia. I don’t know how many times now but what happened was I got the room at midnight or so on Expedia I put May 22 because I thought since it was after midnight that’s what I had to put in, but I need the room at midnight though so I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone from Expedia besides a little chat help I haven’t been able to get anywhere with a refund. I did not stay there at this time and Quality told me they already canceled the reservation on their end so what I was told from Expedia that it is not guaranteed I can get a refund even though as soon as I was made aware by the motel that they went by the check in time so I had to go through the motel instead and make reservations and charge $82 and Expedia even though I talk to them after the situation I told them what happened and I have not no answers about because because of this error so I would really appreciate Expedia told me it was up to the property I got my refund. I don’t know how that is because I went through you guys to book it as soon as I called or texted Expedia and made them aware way before I even was supposed to check in on May 22 between 12 and 3 PM it’d be so much easier to talk to somebody over the phone so I can explain better as to what happened , so is somebody a manager who can call me please? 937-602-7066 I tired of going through the text messages

Bare bones place to crash. Just the standard easy prep scrambled eggs with breakfast: no sausage. Long term residence for some of the guests. No one staffing the office: had to give key to the maid when checking out.

My first impression was that the lobby looked renovated then the last time I stayed here, neat and put together, and I loved the plants! Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I got ground floor like I requested! I loved the bright lit lights all around the parking lot made me feel safe. I was scared to stay because of the reviews but it was a great place for the price and they even had actually good breakfast! Definitely recommend.

I was first put into a non-smoking room that had cigarette ashes, spilt alcohol, and the carpets look to never have been vacuumed. I spoke with front desk and they were apologetic and gave me a new room. The next room (non-smoking) had stains on sheets, a really bad leak under the sink that front desk gave me towels for, used soap bar and hair in the shower. Room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was lackluster. Only eggs and waffles for hot items and just overall not the best. I would not recommend staying here. The only thing about it that was okay was the front desk. Very apologetic, but not worth the stay.

You get what you pay for
So… when I parked in front of the room the light outside of the room was blinking incessantly. I got in the room the toilet was running constantly. I had to fix it. There were some ants in the bathroom. I went to take a shower and the cold/hot were backwards. That’s all of the bad stuff. It was cheap so that’s always good in my book

They were super nice an friendly an helpful the property was quiet the bed was amazing the pillows were amazing they were the best theee only thing that was wrong was the toilet paper roll was broken in the bathroom an the free breakfast was small not a lot of options other than yes I would go back I would just stay in a jacuzzi room not a regular one

This was such a horrible experince. The hotel room I stayed in was sooo cold. We called them they told us to decrease the heat to 75 degree’s. Mind you it was like 20 degrees or less smh. The room wasn’t the cleanest. It looked like they rushed to clean last minute. Save your money!!
