Nice hotel! One bedroom Suite was nice and spacious for us! Nice indoor Pool, 24 hour fitness room. We did not eat there but they had Ohio Dining room and a pub. Parking is a little complicated . Close to expressway and stores.

The property is clean and has nice scenery all around. The room was ok. It was clean but the coffee maker in the room was filthy. Breakfast didnt come with my stay and i dont know why it wasnt. When i booked the room i didnt see any options to have breakfast included for an extra cost. Other than that it was a nice place to stay the night.

Horrible - was given a complimentary breakfast via Expedia when I checked in they refused to give me the breakfast.. no soap or shampoo in the room - room had not been very well cleaned - will never stay at this hotel again

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast both days was cold, which was unusual, being that the set up was very nice. The internet speed was unusable (poor wireless coverage). The tub, sink and toilet all had drainage issues. DirecTV was a nice feature.

Such a huge campus, we found signage to be challenging as we entered and throughout our stay. Additional signs on that many building on that many acres, with "signs along the way" would be a good investment in guest experience. We got lost several times, backtracked, asked staff and finally found the hotel entrance, the breakfast buffet on the (3!!) handicap parking spaces, which were always full. Overall, very nice place, staff wonderful, super clean and seasonal decorations were a delight!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Nationwide. I was going to stay over in the Polaris shopping center but after reading reviews about recent car break-ins at hotels in that area we came back to Nationwide. The location is a little bit away from Polaris shopping area but its a much safer area and super quiet. This year they had breakfast which was very good and was a nice start to our long drive home from the holiday. We will stay there again next year. The staff is nice, location is great and the rooms are good. My only issue is that they don't have room darkening shades and with all the lighting they have outside it can be bright in your room at night. I really enjoy the safer location of this hotel.

Very clean
I watched the housekeeping staff work long hours and found cleanliness very good. Might want to pick up the mattresses and look under sofas a little more often so as not to discover leftovers from previous occupants.

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful ballroom. Our shower head did not work properly and you couldn’t change the settings. It gushed out of the shower head instead of sprayed. The beds were clean and the rooms were filled with necessities x

Property outside and inside lobby was clean and well taken care of. Inside the room things were clean inside the room just felt less cared for. Also service wise they only provided two bath towels in the room when we had two night stays. Said to call if we needed anything but I feel it’s a min requirement to have a towel for each night without having to call Parking lot was really not convenient for taking things inside to the rooms

This is my favorite hotel in Columbus OHio. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. I stay here all the time.
