Was twenty minutes from downtown Columbus. Very clean hotel and easy check in. Did get a knock at my door and a uncomfortable stare from front desk about complaints of marijuana. She later apologized, but was odd. We take pride in our travels and how we respect hotel. I think we leave our room in great condition. Was a good stay given the odd visit.

I didn't like the hotel is not soundproof. I am used to newer and nicer hotels that are. Hotel was clean. Breakfast area was clean and taken care of. Maids did not come when requested. Toilet seats are strange and flimsy. Water never got hot for shower. I liked all the zero products. Those were great!

The property and room were lovely. We would have given 5 stars, but for the noise. There were kids running in the hallway at 11:30pm and then an adult male was screaming and swearing in the middle of the night. When we checked out, I mentioned it to the desk clerk who did apologize and indicated that the police had to be called. Very unfortunate incident. Otherwise, the room and the hotel were excellent. Breakfast was delicious, too.

I just didn’t realize there was an extra $50 fee per night as a hold. It fell off after we checked out, but I wasn’t prepared for it ahead of time.

Beautiful hotel!not best visit,lil disappointed
Was not told about the pool at all,so that really put a damper in our visit,when checking in asked for a room with 2 beds instead of one because I have a hard time sleeping in bed cause I have a dislocated shoulder was told there was none!even tho on hotels.com there was avaible rooms!so asked about refund,was told I couldn’t get refunded cause I was there day of,beautiful hotel!!!!but not best visit and not best customer service I’ve worked hotel,retail etc and I know there was other options!

In regards to the discrepancies of your reservation, it is important to note when booking through 3rd party issuers, any modifications such as dates, payment info, room types, etc are not possible to be made at Hotel level. When you book a reservation, you accept the terms that site has set in place. That is why 3rd parties are tricky; your rate is set at a confidential/privileged amount and us at Hotel level have no ability to make modifications. Please be more careful in the future when booking through 3rd parties, especially if you have specific room preferences.
